A new school year brings fresh opportunities, new relationships,
important decisions, and unfamiliar challenges.
This 14-day prayer journey is an invitation to prepare more than schedules and school supplies.
It is a chance to prepare our hearts.
Each day includes a Prayer Focus, a passage to read in the New Living Translation, the scripture rewritten in the form of a prayer, a Pray For prompt, and a
Prayer in Action experience.
Download and print your own copy and use the writing space to be honest with God, record what he brings to mind, and remember how he answers.
You may complete the journey independently or alongside a parent, friend, or prayer partner.
There is no perfect way to pray.
Come as you are, give God your attention,
and trust him with the school year ahead.

Parents! Join your student and pray along with them and for them as they prepare for another school year.

What are you reading/listening to from God's Word?
What is God showing you about Himself and yourself today as you spend dedicated time daily to take in God's Word, the Bible.
Need a place to start: Use the 3 weekly devos listed on the back (& online at concordstudents.life). These short devotionals will lead you to read a short passage of Scripture from the Bible, give you some things to consider and suggestions for prayer.

How is your Christian community?
Real spiritual change requires real community.
When are you making an intentional decision to gather with other students to study God's Word, pray with and for each other, encourage one another, challenge & hold each other accountable?
Life Groups (9-10a) is one way to be a part of an important circle of Christian community.

Who is close to you but far from God?
Addie Modglin made this highlight video from photos and videos from the week of ministry. This is the video shared with the Concord Church family on Sunday, August 2.
Avery is just one of many Concord Student Life students who made the weekly highlight video.
